About Position:

Stranger Soccer is expanding to key cities around the world. We are looking for a License Owner to open and operate the Stranger Soccer business in Oman. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about football and business, and wants to own and operate their own entrepreneurial venture.

Responsibilities:

• Bring the Stranger Soccer brand and business to life in the assigned city.

• Recruit, train, and lead a small central team (2-3 persons) and several freelance Official Hosts (game hosts).

• Identify and secure prime football venue slots to run Stranger Soccer games.

• Engage in creative sales and marketing, both digital and hands-on, to attract customers.

• Oversee the schedule of games, ensuring customers have a delightful experience and return regularly.

• Leverage support from the Singapore headquarters’ operations and technology team.

Requirements:

• Passion for football and a strong connection to the local football scene.

• Business background, ideally in management and customer service.

• Entrepreneurial spirit and experience preferred.
