Role Purpose:
As district representatives, primary responsibility is to foster strong relationships with customers and address challenges related to chemical treatment. This involves:

Understanding the technical aspects of customer plants and product offerings in refinery, water treatment, and petrochemical applications.

Staying up to date with industry trends, advancements in specialty chemicals, refining technologies, water treatment solutions, and petrochemical innovations.
-
Attending relevant training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills.
-
Collaborating with technical advisors and subject matter experts to address complex queries.
-
Ensuring all customer interactions and transactions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Lead Field Service Rep - Water
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Associate’s degree in chemistry, mechanical systems, or related field.
-
Hands-on plumbing experience and familiarity with industrial equipment.
-
Experience with boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems.
-
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pumping systems.
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
