Job Description:

• Strong technical knowledge of the entire Oracle E-Business Suite (R12), mainly Procurement modules

• Understanding and experience with customization including Workflow, OAF, Reports, and Oracle Mobile applications

• Extensive experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Interfaces, Data Conversions, Data Migrations, OAF, Forms & Reports, and Oracle Mobile Application Framework

• Good knowledge of interactions between Procurement applications and Oracle eBS Financials

Functional Lead – Source to Settle – Tech Mahindra

Job Description:

• 12+ years of experience in Oracle EBS Procurement

• Complete product knowledge of Oracle EBS Purchasing Modules including Purchasing, iProcurement, Sourcing, Supplier Lifecycle Management, iSupplier Portal

• Experience with customization such as Reports, OAF, and Oracle Mobile applications

• Good knowledge of Oracle standard processes and integrations

• Configuration experience in Oracle EBS Purchasing modules

• Hands-on experience in 4–5 projects (implementations or rollouts)

Responsibilities:

• Perform functional evaluation and detailed analysis

• Participate in design discussions, sessions, and workshops to address process gaps and suggest improvements

• Map business requirements to Oracle ERP modules to deliver scalable solutions

• Responsible for functional solution design, application setups, and testing

• Prepare design documentation and work with the application team to support business requirements

• Experience with Oracle application extensions, customizations, and development of new CEMLI components

• Participate in testing to ensure the system works as expected

• Utilize industry best practices for solution design and development

• Interact with customers and other IT teams effectively

• Coordinate with offshore teams

• Demonstrate strong communication skills

تفاصيل الوظيفة:

• خبرة لا تقل عن 12 سنة في وحدات المشتريات ضمن Oracle EBS.

• معرفة شاملة بوحدات:
  المشتريات (Purchasing)، الشراء الإلكتروني (iProcurement)، التوريد (Sourcing)، إدارة دورة حياة الموردين، وبوابة الموردين (iSupplier Portal).

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• إجراء التقييم الوظيفي والتحليل التفصيلي للعمليات.

• المشاركة في جلسات وورش العمل لتحديد فجوات العمليات واقتراح تحسينات على الأنظمة الحالية.

• مواءمة متطلبات الأعمال مع وحدات Oracle ERP وتقديم حلول مرنة وقابلة للتوسع.

• تصميم الحلول الوظيفية، إعداد النظام، وتنفيذ الاختبارات.

• إعداد وثائق التصميم والتنسيق مع فرق التطبيقات لدعم متطلبات الأعمال.

• العمل على التخصيصات والتوسعات وتطوير مكونات CEMLI الجديدة.

• المشاركة في اختبارات النظام لضمان تحقيق النتائج المطلوبة.

• تطبيق أفضل الممارسات القياسية في تصميم وتطوير الحلول.

• التواصل الفعّال مع العملاء وفرق تقنية المعلومات المختلفة.

• التنسيق مع فرق العمل الخارجية (Offshore).
