Project Operations Manager 

About the Role
We are seeking a Project Operations Manager (LDM Manager - UAE, SA, EG, MA) to lead the local management of project execution activities within your area of responsibility. This role offers the opportunity to ensure operational excellence across diverse regions while working under a hybrid model (#hybrid #hybrid-Li). You will be responsible for aligning operations with company procedures, cybersecurity standards, contract specifications, quality benchmarks, HSE requirements, financial goals, and schedules.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
• Oversee daily project execution activities to ensure compliance with procedures, cybersecurity standards, and HSE requirements
• Drive alignment with financial targets, contractual obligations, and delivery schedules
• Implement standardized processes to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of project execution teams
Team Development & Stakeholder Management
• Coordinate and oversee team development and capacity building
• Collaborate with main stakeholders including warehouse staff, delivery drivers, administrative assistants, order handling & engineering teams, HR, and the Global Mining Operations Manager
Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the Operations Manager in Egypt.

نحن نبحث عن مدير عمليات المشروع (مدير LDM - الإمارات العربية المتحدة، جنوب أفريقيا، مصر، ماساتشوستس) لقيادة الإدارة المحلية لأنشطة تنفيذ المشروع ضمن مجال مسؤوليتك. يوفر هذا الدور الفرصة لضمان التميز التشغيلي عبر مناطق متنوعة أثناء العمل بموجب نموذج هجين (#hybrid #hybrid-Li) . ستكون مسؤولاً عن مواءمة العمليات مع إجراءات الشركة ومعايير الأمن السيبراني ومواصفات العقد ومعايير الجودة ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والأهداف المالية والجداول الزمنية.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
القيادة التشغيلية
• الإشراف على أنشطة تنفيذ المشروع اليومية لضمان الامتثال للإجراءات ومعايير الأمن السيبراني ومتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة
• قيادة التوافق مع الأهداف المالية والالتزامات التعاقدية وجداول التسليم
• تنفيذ عمليات موحدة لتعزيز فعالية وكفاءة فرق تنفيذ المشروع
تطوير الفريق وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة
• تنسيق والإشراف على تطوير الفريق وبناء القدرات • التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين بما في ذلك موظفي المستودعات وسائقي التوصيل والمساعدين الإداريين وفرق مناولة الطلبات والهندسة والموارد البشرية وهيكل إعداد التقارير
لمدير عمليات التعدين العالمي يتبع هذا المنصب مباشرة مدير العمليات في مصر.
