Details
Tusker Engineering is expanding its professional team and is currently seeking highly experienced leaders and specialists to support complex architectural and engineering projects across Oman and the GCC, working closely with authorities, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.

Head of Architecture

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the architectural department, oversee concept design, planning, detailed design, and construction documentation, review and approve concept layouts, authority submissions, detailed and IFC drawings, ensure full compliance with Oman Building Codes and local authority regulations, provide strategic leadership across all project stages, coordinate with authorities and internal teams.
Requirements
10–15+ years of professional architectural experience, minimum 8–10 years of experience in Oman or the GCC, strong consultancy background, proven experience in ministry-level government and large-scale institutional projects, strong leadership and team management skills.

 Senior Structural Engineer

Responsibilities
Perform structural analysis and design of RC and steel structures, prepare structural concepts, design calculations, and detailed drawings, coordinate with architectural and MEP teams throughout all design stages, review and respond to authority comments and technical queries, prepare structural reports, details, and IFC drawings, ability to work remotely with GCC and Oman-based consultants.
Requirements
15+ years of professional structural engineering experience, strong experience in large-scale, government, or institutional projects, solid technical expertise and coordination skills.

 Senior Architect

Responsibilities
Prepare concept layouts, space planning, and master planning, develop architectural concepts and design proposals, produce high-quality 3D models, CGI, and realistic renders, prepare presentation drawings and visuals for client approvals, coordinate remotely with design managers, architects, and consultants, work efficiently in fast-paced environments and meet tight deadlines.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years of professional experience, strong background in concept design and planning, experience in large-scale, government, or institutional projects preferred, consultancy experience, strong design sense and visual storytelling skills, experience with GCC or Middle East projects is an advantage.

Software Skills

AutoCAD is mandatory, proficiency in SketchUp, Revit, or Rhino, experience with V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or Twinmotion for CGI and renders, Adobe Suite knowledge is an advantage.

رئيس قسم الهندسة المعمارية

المسؤوليات:
قيادة وإدارة القسم المعماري، والإشراف على التصميم المبدئي والتخطيط والتصميم التفصيلي ووثائق البناء، ومراجعة واعتماد المخططات المبدئية، وتقديم الطلبات إلى الجهات المختصة، والرسومات التفصيلية ورسومات IFC، وضمان الامتثال الكامل لقوانين البناء العمانية ولوائح السلطات المحلية، وتقديم قيادة استراتيجية في جميع مراحل المشروع، والتنسيق مع الجهات المختصة والفرق الداخلية.
المتطلبات:
خبرة مهنية في مجال الهندسة المعمارية من 10 إلى 15 عامًا فأكثر، منها 8 إلى 10 سنوات على الأقل في سلطنة عمان أو دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي، وخلفية استشارية قوية، وخبرة مثبتة في مشاريع حكومية على مستوى الوزارات ومشاريع مؤسسية واسعة النطاق، ومهارات قيادية وإدارية متميزة.

 مهندس إنشائي أول

المسؤوليات:
إجراء التحليل والتصميم الإنشائي للهياكل الخرسانية المسلحة والفولاذية، وإعداد المفاهيم الإنشائية، وحسابات التصميم، والرسومات التفصيلية، والتنسيق مع فرق الهندسة المعمارية والميكانيكية والكهربائية والصحية خلال جميع مراحل التصميم، ومراجعة التعليقات والاستفسارات الفنية من الجهات المختصة والرد عليها، وإعداد التقارير الإنشائية والتفاصيل ورسومات IFC، والقدرة على العمل عن بُعد مع استشاريين في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي وسلطنة عُمان.
المتطلبات:
خبرة مهنية في الهندسة الإنشائية لا تقل عن 15 عامًا، وخبرة واسعة في المشاريع الحكومية أو المؤسسية الكبيرة، ومهارات فنية وتنسيقية متميزة.

 كبير المهندسين المعماريين

المسؤوليات:
إعداد مخططات مفاهيمية، وتخطيط المساحات، والتخطيط الرئيسي، وتطوير المفاهيم المعمارية ومقترحات التصميم، وإنتاج نماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد عالية الجودة، ورسومات حاسوبية، وعروض واقعية، وإعداد رسومات وعروض تقديمية لاعتمادات العملاء، والتنسيق عن بُعد مع مديري التصميم والمهندسين المعماريين والاستشاريين، والعمل بكفاءة في بيئات عمل سريعة الخطى والالتزام بالمواعيد النهائية الضيقة.
المتطلبات:
خبرة مهنية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات، وخلفية قوية في التصميم المفاهيمي والتخطيط، ويُفضل الخبرة في المشاريع الحكومية أو المؤسسية واسعة النطاق، وخبرة في مجال الاستشارات، وحس تصميمي قوي ومهارات سرد قصص بصرية، وتُعتبر الخبرة في مشاريع دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي أو الشرق الأوسط ميزة إضافية.

مهارات البرمجيات

إتقان برنامج AutoCAD شرط أساسي، بالإضافة إلى إتقان برامج SketchUp أو Revit أو Rhino، وخبرة في استخدام V-Ray أو Lumion أو Enscape أو Twinmotion لإنشاء الصور المولدة بالحاسوب (CGI) وعمليات الرندر، ومعرفة برامج Adobe Suite ميزة إضافية.
