Wire Drawing Operator

Job Description
As part of the Production Team, responsible for the smooth operation of wire drawing machines according to the specific machine being operated.

Key Deliverables

  • Attend the daily meeting with the supervisor for allocation of tasks.

  • Inspect machines daily to check the specifics of the raw materials.

  • Ensure orders are processed as per machine specifications.

  • Update any machine faults in the MES system.

  • Communicate with the supervisor if the machine requires maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Secondary Education

  • 1 to 2 years of experience operating wire drawing machines

Extruder Operator

Job Description
As part of the Production Team, responsible for the smooth operation of the extruder machine.

Key Deliverables

  • Produce cables with correct specifications following the Quality Compliance Plan (QCP) at rated speeds.

  • Perform setup jobs efficiently following operating instructions and procedures.

  • Follow all safety procedures and requirements.

  • Ensure cable orders are processed as per machine specifications.

  • Update and insert production data into the MES system.

  • Communicate with the supervisor for any issues.

Qualifications

  • Secondary School education

  • Vocational training

Skills/Knowledge

  • Basic understanding of production and quality processes

  • In-process testing

  • Basic technical skills
