SME - SAP and IMOS Implementation Support (2 years Contract)

Job Purpose:

• Lead and coordinate the end-to-end rollout of SAP, IMOS, and Orion systems across the organization alongside Finance.
• Drive integration strategy with a strong focus on SAP.
• Ensure legacy systems such as Danaos are smoothly migrated and decommissioned through a structured cutover process.
• Coordinate with internal departments, external vendors, and project stakeholders to maintain execution timelines.
• Support system readiness, hyper care, and post go-live activities for a seamless ERP transition.
• Manage ongoing system stability, track project progress, and provide weekly updates.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead SAP-centric integration strategy across IMOS and Orion.
• Facilitate issue resolution between Finance, Commercial, OSMC, SCM, and IT in the live environment.
• Review workflows of Commercial team in IMOS, ORION, and SAP.
• Review workflows of Finance team in IMOS, ORION, and SAP.
• Assist Finance in monthly closing activities in IMOS/SAP/ORION.
• Support implementation of IFRS 16 Module in IMOS and SAP integration.
• Create Financial Dashboard for management using IMOS and Power BI.
• Generate customized reports from IMOS for Finance and Commercial use.
• Prepare reconciliation reports between IMOS, SAP/ORION, Danaos, and other systems as required.

يلعب استشاري تكامل أنظمة ERP دورًا محوريًا في قيادة وتنسيق عملية تنفيذ أنظمة SAP و IMOS و Orion على مستوى المنظمة بالتعاون مع قسم المالية. سيركز الاستشاري بشكل رئيسي على SAP لضمان استراتيجية تكامل فعّالة، والتوافق الوظيفي، وضمان ترحيل الأنظمة القديمة مثل Danaos وإيقافها بسلاسة من خلال عملية Cutover منظمة. كما سيكون مسؤولاً عن التنسيق مع الأقسام الداخلية، والموردين الخارجيين، وأصحاب المصلحة لضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية ودعم جاهزية الأنظمة، مع متابعة استقرار النظام بعد الإطلاق وتقديم الدعم اللازم لضمان نجاح طويل المدى.
