Graduate Survey Technician

Role Description:

We are seeking a Graduate Survey Technician to join our team in Masqaţ, Oman, for a full-time on-site position. The successful candidate will conduct topographic, land, and building surveys, perform field work to collect accurate data, assist with ALTA survey requirements, and prepare detailed survey reports for diverse projects across sectors.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Topographic Surveys and Land Surveying techniques

• Experience with ALTA Surveys and accurate field work

• Familiarity with Building Surveying processes and methodologies

• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of survey equipment, techniques, and data processing tools

• Ability to work effectively on-site and in challenging environmental conditions

Land Surveyor

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Land Surveyor based in Al-Rustaq. The Land Surveyor will perform topographic surveys, land surveying, building surveys, and existing drainage and infrastructure surveys, using total stations and other survey equipment. The role involves ensuring precise measurements, preparing and analyzing survey data, and collaborating with project teams to provide accurate, actionable insights. The candidate will also assist in maintaining accuracy and quality throughout all survey-oriented tasks.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Topographic Surveys and Land Surveying techniques

• Experience using Total Stations for measurement and data collection

• Knowledge of Building Surveying and practical application in different project types

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work on-site and adapt to diverse project environments

• Familiarity with industry software and tools for survey processing and modeling is an advantage

• Degree or diploma in Surveying, Engineering, or a related field preferred
