About Position:

Key Responsibilities:

Geotechnical Engineer

  Key Responsibilities:

• Site Investigation & Analysis: Evaluate field investigations, drillings, and sampling of soil, rock, and groundwater data. Perform special laboratory tests to determine soil properties (permeability, modulus of elasticity, triaxial). Assess pavement conditions, ground improvement methods, and pavement design.

• Design & Recommendations: Develop and evaluate foundation designs, retaining walls, and slope stabilization plans based on geotechnical data. Prepare geotechnical reports with findings, analyses, and recommendations.

• Construction Support: Monitor geotechnical aspects during construction to ensure compliance with design specifications. Provide technical advice to resolve ground-related issues during execution. Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations.

• Collaboration & Compliance: Work closely with civil engineers, designers, and contractors to integrate geotechnical findings into project plans. Obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with local and international standards.

Commercial Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial tasks and activities within day-to-day business and contractual decisions.

• Postings and accruals in preparation for closing dates.

• Control project commercial and administration teams, including interviewing, selection, training, and building teamwork spirit.

• Commercial cost controlling for materials, procurement, quality management, filing system, and LEAN processes.

• Support construction and variation orders.

• Monthly commercial closing: check costs, accruals, stock, performance, outstanding receivables, and payments.

• Handle subcontractors’ commercial issues, agreements, invoices, certificates, deductions, final accounts, and alert project teams and management to risks and opportunities.

• Represent the company in meetings and events.
