Accountant

Qualification & Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or related field

• Open to fresh graduates

• Familiarity with Tally and Odoo Accounting Systems is essential

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Must be an Omani resident (female)

• Valid driving license is required

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare financial statements and reports

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations

• Ensure compliance with financial regulations

• Maintain accurate records of accounts

• Assist in audits and financial reconciliations

Workshop Manager

Qualification & Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or heavy equipment workshops

• Strong knowledge of construction machinery and fleet maintenance

• Proven ability to manage workshop staff and daily operations

• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards

• Computer skills for maintenance records, reporting, and inventory control

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations, movement, and utilization of all machinery and equipment

• Ensure effective maintenance, fuel control, and machinery productivity to reduce downtime and costs

• Provide technical support and coordinate with site teams while ensuring HSE compliance

• Control spare parts, maintenance activities, and workshop operations

• Plan and supervise repairs and preventive maintenance; issue work orders and maintain accurate records

• Lead the mechanical team and oversee workshop and logistics activities, reporting to management

Project Manager

Requirements:

• 5–10 years experience in civil construction, excavation, or related fields

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

• Strong knowledge of construction processes, excavation techniques, and safety regulations

• Proven experience in project management, scheduling, and budgeting

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office

• Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee civil and excavation projects from start to finish

• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications

• Supervise site activities, ensuring safety and quality standards are met

• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers

• Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and resolve issues

• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry best practices

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders

Planning Engineer (Civil Construction)

Key Requirements:

• 5 years experience in planning within construction industry

• Strong knowledge and proven experience in roads and infrastructure projects

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Primavera

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)

Key Tasks:

• Develop and manage project schedules for timely completion

• Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute road and infrastructure developments

• Utilize AutoCAD and Primavera for drafting, designing, and scheduling

Construction Manager

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field

Work Experience:

• At least 10 years experience in civil engineering, earthmoving, and road construction

Key Tasks:

• Manage all phases of construction projects to ensure timely completion and budget adherence

• Lead on-site teams and supervise daily operations including earthmoving and road construction

• Allocate and manage resources: labor, materials, and equipment

• Implement quality control measures to meet project specifications

• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations

• Maintain detailed construction schedules and monitor milestones

• Identify and resolve project issues to minimize delays

• Liaise with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders

• Monitor project costs and implement cost-saving measures

Requirements:

• Male candidate residing in Muscat

• Valid Omani driving license
