Electrical Supervisor
Location: Oman
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor electrical construction works performed by EPC contractors and vendors.
- Ensure installation activities (cable trays, supports, cable pulling, equipment installation, termination, and pre-commissioning) meet project requirements and quality standards.
- Monitor contractor manpower, tools, and resources to meet project milestones.
- Review ITPs, procedures, and ensure implementation of approved drawings and inspection plans.
- Coordinate with construction, QA/QC, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and EX compliance teams.
- Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies and Permit to Work systems.
- Participate in construction meetings, audits, and progress reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in Electrical Construction within Oil & Gas projects.
- Experience in construction, pre-commissioning, and quality inspection for topside projects.
- CompEx Certification (EX01–EX04) is mandatory.
- Familiarity with industry standards, international codes, and project control systems.
- OPITO H2S and T-BOSIET certifications preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and ability to work in multicultural environments.
Senior Project Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate exemplary HSE leadership and ensure compliance with project safety standards.
- Manage assigned scope in line with project specifications, contractual requirements, and statement of requirements.
- Coordinate EPCIC contractor activities to ensure smooth execution of subcontracts and equipment packages.
- Monitor project schedule and key milestones; anticipate risks and propose mitigation plans.
- Oversee fabrication, integration, installation, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.
- Ensure proper technical coordination within the PMT and with discipline leads.
- Follow up procurement activities to meet Required-On-Site (ROS) dates.
- Interface with QA/QC and commissioning teams for seamless phase transitions.
- Support brownfield integration and SIMOPS coordination with other stakeholders.
- Promote a “no change” mindset to protect budget, schedule, safety, and quality.
- Lead and participate in weekly/monthly contractor meetings.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or equivalent).
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in offshore oil & gas projects.
- At least 5 years’ experience as Project/Area Engineer within an Operator’s team.
- 10+ years’ experience in large multinational project taskforce environments.
- Strong background in offshore facilities, structural & piping construction, and pre-commissioning/commissioning coordination.
- Familiarity with international oil & gas specifications and standards.
- Fluent English and strong leadership and communication skills.
- Computer literate.
- Valid H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET certifications.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- الإشراف ومراقبة أعمال البناء الكهربائية المنفذة من قبل المقاولين والموردين.
- ضمان تنفيذ الأنشطة الكهربائية (قنوات الكابلات، الدعائم، سحب الكابلات، تركيب المعدات، التوصيلات، وما قبل التشغيل) وفق متطلبات المشروع ومعايير الجودة.
- متابعة قوة العمل والأدوات والموارد لدى المقاولين لضمان تحقيق معالم المشروع.
- مراجعة خطط التفتيش والإجراءات وضمان تنفيذ الرسومات والمخططات المعتمدة وخطط التفتيش.
- التنسيق مع فرق البناء، وضمان الجودة، وما قبل التشغيل، والتشغيل، وفريق الامتثال للأنظمة الكهربائية.
- ضمان الالتزام التام بسياسات الصحة والسلامة المهنية وأنظمة تصاريح العمل.
- المشاركة في الاجتماعات والتدقيقات وتقارير التقدم.
المتطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة 10+ سنوات في البناء الكهربائي ضمن مشاريع النفط والغاز.
- خبرة في البناء، وما قبل التشغيل، وفحص الجودة للمشاريع العلوية.
- شهادة CompEx (EX01–EX04) إلزامية.
- الإلمام بالمعايير الصناعية، الأكواد الدولية، وأنظمة مراقبة المشاريع.
- شهادات OPITO H2S وT-BOSIET مفضلة.
- مهارات قيادة، تواصل، والعمل في بيئات متعددة الثقافات.
مهندس مشروع أول (Senior Project Engineer)
المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- الالتزام بقيادة HSE وضمان الامتثال لمعايير السلامة في المشروع.
- إدارة نطاق العمل المخصص وفق مواصفات المشروع والمتطلبات التعاقدية.
- تنسيق أنشطة المقاولين EPCIC لضمان تنفيذ سلس للحزم الفرعية والمعدات.
- متابعة جدول المشروع والمعالم الأساسية، والتنبؤ بالمخاطر واقتراح خطط التخفيف.
- الإشراف على التصنيع، التكامل، التركيب، ما قبل التشغيل، والتشغيل.
- ضمان التنسيق الفني المناسب ضمن فريق إدارة المشروع ومع قادة التخصصات.
- متابعة أنشطة الشراء لضمان توافر المعدات في الوقت المطلوب (ROS).
- التنسيق مع فرق ضمان الجودة والتشغيل للانتقال السلس بين المراحل.
- دعم التكامل مع المشاريع القائمة والتنسيق مع الأطراف الأخرى (SIMOPS).
- تعزيز ثقافة "عدم التغيير" لحماية الميزانية، والجدول، والسلامة، والجودة.
- قيادة والمشاركة في الاجتماعات الأسبوعية/الشهرية للمقاولين.
المؤهلات والخبرة:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة 15 سنة على الأقل في مشاريع النفط والغاز البحرية.
- خبرة 5 سنوات على الأقل كمهندس مشروع/منطقة ضمن فريق مشغل.

- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية ومهارات قوية في القيادة والتواصل.
