Field Operations:
-
Design, development, and installation related tasks
-
Comply with safety rules and regulations and be familiar with fire equipment in the area
-
Follow instructions of Shift Supervisor/Shift In-Charge and CCR Operator

Familiar with plant P&IDs, SOPs, Work Instructions, basic control logics, emergency procedures, and related documents
-
Monitor parameters locally and record periodic readings on log sheets
-
Summarize shift activities/events in the log book
-
Inspect equipment and auxiliaries, report abnormalities
-
Perform equipment changeover according to pre-set schedules
-
Raise work requests or defect notes for faulty equipment
-
Coordinate with CCR Operator/Shift Supervisor for isolating and lining up equipment before and after maintenance

Maintain housekeeping and ensure cleanup after maintenance

Follow SOPs and work instructions

Assist in training and familiarization of new operators

Report near misses and implement prescribed risk controls

What We’re Looking For:

Mechanical Maintenance:

Perform daily mechanical maintenance and routine preventative maintenance according to schedules and ACWA NOMAC procedures

Monitor the physical condition of all machines and report non-conformances to Mechanical Engineer/Supervisor

Respond to mechanical failures and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime
-
Troubleshoot using tools and spare parts, diagnose, repair, and inspect equipment for corrosion, cracks, leaks, and failures

استخدام الأدوات وقطع الغيار لتشخيص الأعطال وإصلاحها وفحص المعدات من التآكل والتشققات والتسربات والأعطال وأداء الإصلاحات الروتينية لضمان استمرار العمليات وتقليل وقت التوقف.
