We are seeking a Contracts Engineer to join our team in Yanqul, Oman. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will provide specialist advice to ensure projects are delivered professionally, safely, and in line with company, client, and industry requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of contract management, construction standards, and regulatory compliance
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with project teams
Experience
- Experience in contract management within construction or engineering projects
- Familiarity with regulatory, client, and industry requirements
- Experience ensuring high-quality outputs and compliance in project delivery

- Oversee the output of the Contracts team to ensure high-quality deliverables in line with company, client, regulatory, and contractual requirements
- Ensure that contract management activities are conducted to the highest ethical and business standards

- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتحليل والتنظيم
- القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني مع فرق المشروع
خبرة
- خبرة في إدارة العقود في مشاريع البناء أو الهندسة
- المعرفة بالمتطلبات التنظيمية ومتطلبات العملاء والصناعة
- خبرة في ضمان جودة المخرجات والامتثال في تسليم المشروع

- الإشراف على مخرجات فريق العقود لضمان تقديم منتجات عالية الجودة بما يتماشى مع متطلبات الشركة والعميل والمتطلبات التنظيمية والعقدية
- التأكد من أن أنشطة إدارة العقود تتم وفقًا لأعلى المعايير الأخلاقية والتجارية
- تقديم المشورة المتخصصة لدعم تنفيذ المشروع
