About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the development and execution of Al Ghafa’s company-wide digital automation initiatives. This position requires advanced technical ability, strong strategic insight, and a high level of independence to design and deliver full-scale solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute the company’s automation vision using RPA, AI-based OCR tools, and Python development
• Build integrated automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure AI Services
• Manage multi-step web processes, including form submissions, file uploads, and CAPTCHA handling
• Design and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure using UniFi/Ubiquiti systems and PC/VM deployment
• Develop web-based solutions and dashboards using React and FastAPI frameworks
• Own end-to-end project management from ideation to deployment

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in IT automation, infrastructure, and digital development
• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Azure AI Services, and Dataverse
• Familiarity with UniFi/Ubiquiti systems and virtualization environments
• Advanced Python development capabilities and frontend/backend integration experience
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and technical ownership mindset

Contract Details

• Type: 6-Month Contract (Extendable)
• Location: Al Ghafa Head Office – View Location
• Compensation: Starting from OMR 1,500/month

نبذة عن الوظيفة:
نبحث عن متخصص ذي مهارات عالية لقيادة تطوير وتنفيذ مبادرات الأتمتة الرقمية على مستوى شركة الغافة. يتطلب هذا المنصب مهارات تقنية متقدمة، ورؤية استراتيجية ثاقبة، واستقلالية عالية لتصميم وتقديم حلول متكاملة.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

• تنفيذ رؤية الشركة للأتمتة باستخدام RPA وأدوات OCR المستندة إلى الذكاء الاصطناعي وتطوير Python.
• إنشاء سير عمل أتمتة متكاملة باستخدام Microsoft Power Platform وDataverse وخدمات Azure AI.
• إدارة عمليات الويب متعددة الخطوات، بما في ذلك إرسال النماذج وتحميل الملفات ومعالجة CAPTCHA.
• تصميم وصيانة البنية التحتية القابلة للتطوير والآمنة باستخدام أنظمة UniFi/Ubiquiti ونشر أجهزة الكمبيوتر/الآلات الافتراضية.
• تطوير حلول ولوحات معلومات مستندة إلى الويب باستخدام أطر عمل React وFastAPI.
• امتلاك إدارة شاملة للمشروع من الفكرة إلى النشر.

المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة

• خبرة مثبتة في أتمتة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والبنية الأساسية والتطوير الرقمي
. • خبرة عميقة في Microsoft 365 وPower Platform وخدمات Azure AI وDataverse.
• إلمام بأنظمة UniFi/Ubiquiti وبيئات المحاكاة الافتراضية.
• قدرات تطوير Python متقدمة وخبرة في تكامل الواجهة الأمامية والخلفية.
• عقلية قوية في حل المشكلات والتواصل والملكية الفنية.
