Vice President – Systems and Services Opportunity at Oman Airports in the Sultanate of Oman 

Details

Oman Airports is seeking a Vice President for Systems and Services to provide strategic leadership, oversee technological and operational systems, and drive service excellence across all airport operations in Muscat.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and management of airport systems and services, ensure operational efficiency and service quality, implement innovative solutions to enhance airport operations, collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to align systems strategy with organizational goals, oversee teams and projects within the Systems and Services division.

Requirements

Proven senior leadership experience in airport operations, aviation systems, or related fields, strong strategic planning and project management skills, excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

تسعى مطارات عمان إلى تعيين نائب رئيس للأنظمة والخدمات لتوفير القيادة الاستراتيجية، والإشراف على الأنظمة التكنولوجية والتشغيلية، ودفع التميز في الخدمة في جميع عمليات المطار في مسقط.

المسؤوليات

قيادة تطوير وإدارة أنظمة وخدمات المطار، وضمان الكفاءة التشغيلية وجودة الخدمة، وتنفيذ حلول مبتكرة لتعزيز عمليات المطار، والتعاون مع الإدارة العليا وأصحاب المصلحة لمواءمة استراتيجية الأنظمة مع الأهداف التنظيمية، والإشراف على الفرق والمشاريع داخل قسم الأنظمة والخدمات.

متطلبات

خبرة قيادية عليا مثبتة في عمليات المطارات أو أنظمة الطيران أو المجالات ذات الصلة، ومهارات قوية في التخطيط الاستراتيجي وإدارة المشاريع، وقدرات ممتازة في التواصل وإدارة أصحاب المصلحة، والقدرة على قيادة فرق متعددة الوظائف وتحقيق النتائج في بيئة سريعة الخطى.
