We are looking for a highly experienced Engineering Manager to lead strategic and operational initiatives related to engineering projects, quality assurance, planning, and system implementation.
Requirements
• Omani nationals only
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
• MBA is an added advantage
• Minimum 10 years of experience in a container terminal, port, or a similar industry
• Proven leadership, planning, and systems integration experience in a technical environment

نحن نبحث عن مدير هندسي يتمتع بخبرة عالية لقيادة المبادرات الاستراتيجية والتشغيلية المتعلقة بالمشاريع الهندسية وضمان الجودة والتخطيط وتنفيذ النظام.
المتطلبات
• مواطنون عمانيون فقط
• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (كهربائية أو ميكانيكية)
• ماجستير إدارة الأعمال ميزة إضافية
• خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في محطة حاويات أو ميناء أو صناعة مماثلة
• خبرة مثبتة في القيادة والتخطيط وتكامل الأنظمة في بيئة تقنية
