About the Job:

Lead and manage E&I construction activities for offshore projects, including topside modules, jackets, and subsea systems. Ensure all work is executed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, and international standards.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractors for smooth execution

• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and quality

• Review and approve method statements, work packs, and test procedures

• Ensure compliance with offshore safety regulations and participate in safety audits and toolbox talks

• Experience: Minimum 10–20 years, experience in managing a team

Coating Inspector

About the Job:

Inspect surfaces prior to coating and monitor coating application processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct tests such as dry film thickness (DFT), adhesion, and holiday detection

• Identify and report coating defects such as pinholes, blisters, runs, and sags

• Maintain detailed inspection records and prepare QA/QC reports

• Ensure coating activities adhere to safety and environmental regulations

• Collaborate with production and QA teams to resolve non-conformities

• Attend project meetings and provide technical input

• Stay updated with latest coating technologies and inspection practices

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in engineering or related field
