Junior Field Engineer – Aero Derivative Gas Turbine

Fuel Your Passion:

• Two-year technical degree preferred.

• Industry experience in rotating equipment.

• Knowledge of oil and gas industry.

• Good mechanical aptitude.

• Ability to work well and communicate with others; specialized in aeroderivative gas turbines.

Responsibilities:

• Under direct supervision, follow detailed instructions and assist other crew members during installation and/or maintenance at customer sites.

• Learn how to execute maintenance/installation of rotating equipment.

• Interact primarily with assigned mentor, supervisor, and other specialists.

• Execute responsibilities safely and follow Baker Hughes HSE policies, legal compliance, and core values.

• Perform other related duties as required.

حول الوظيفة:

• دور موجه للعملاء ومسؤول عن الفوز بالعملاء وتطوير خطط تشغيلية للقسم.

• مسؤول عن بيع المنتجات والخدمات والأجزاء أو الحلول والمشاريع في منطقة جغرافية محددة.

• التعامل مع منتجات موحدة تتطلب نصائح بسيطة للعملاء.

• المساهمة في تحديد الأسعار والشروط، مع إمكانية التفاوض وفقًا لاحتياجات العميل.

• التعامل مع عملاء متنوعين في المنطقة والتعاون مع فريق الدعم الفني لتحقيق المبيعات.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

• درجة فنية لمدة سنتين (يفضل).

• خبرة في المعدات الدوارة.

• معرفة بصناعة النفط والغاز.

• ميكانيكية جيدة ومهارات تواصل مع الآخرين.

• التخصص الأساسي في توربينات الغاز المشتقة من الطائرات.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• تلقي التعليمات التفصيلية تحت إشراف مباشر والمساعدة في الأنشطة الميدانية للعملاء أثناء التركيب والصيانة.

• تعلم كيفية تنفيذ صيانة/تركيب المعدات الدوارة ومساعدة أعضاء الفريق الآخرين.

• التواصل مع المشرف المباشر والمرشد وأعضاء الفريق الآخرين.

• تنفيذ جميع المهام بأمان ووفقًا لإرشادات المشرفين واتباع جميع العمليات والإجراءات المطبقة.

• أداء مهام أخرى ذات صلة حسب الحاجة والالتزام بسياسات HSE، والامتثال القانوني، وقيم الشركة الأساسية.
