Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

Post-tender: cost monitoring, variation claims, and coordination with project teams to control budgets and ensure profitability
Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of Oman market rates and supplier network

Expertise in pre-tender estimation, cost planning, and variation management

Skilled in BOQ preparation, quotation comparison, and cost reporting
-
Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering

Prior Oman contracting experience preferred

Responsibilities:

Manage daily financial operations including data entry, bookkeeping, payables, receivables, petty cash, and bank reconciliation

Qualifications:
