We have an urgent requirement Conveyor Belt Inspector who has good years of experience in Industrial Construction.

Position - Conveyor Belt Inspector

Qualification

Education: Minimum requirement is Technical Course (diploma) in mechanics.

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years, with good analytical skills, deep knowledge of reading and interpreting technical drawings, and knowledge of industrial conveyor belt inspection its accessories such as, but not limited to, steel cord belts, fabric (ply) belts rollers, pulleys, gear boxes, conveyor structure, drift switches, scrapers, skirt rubber, chutes, etc.
• Perform field-sensitive inspections (internal and external) using tools and diagnosis equipment.
• Open notification in CMMS for the problems identified.
• Be committed to the continuous improvement process in the department.
• Forecast equipment life spam based on corrosion/wear rate

لدينا متطلبات عاجلة لمفتش الحزام الناقل الذي يتمتع بسنوات جيدة من الخبرة في البناء الصناعي.

المنصب - مؤهل  مفتش الحزام الناقل : الحد الأدنى من المتطلبات هو دورة فنية (دبلوم) في الميكانيكا. خبرة

• الحد الأدنى من 8 سنوات، مع مهارات تحليلية جيدة، ومعرفة عميقة بقراءة وتفسير الرسومات الفنية، ومعرفة بفحص الحزام الناقل الصناعي وملحقاته مثل، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، أحزمة الحبل الفولاذي، وبكرات أحزمة القماش (الطبقات)، والبكرات، والعتاد الصناديق، هيكل الناقل، مفاتيح الانجراف، الكاشطات، المطاط التنورة، المزالق، إلخ.
• إجراء عمليات تفتيش حساسة للميدان (الداخلية والخارجية) باستخدام الأدوات ومعدات التشخيص.
• افتح الإشعار في CMMS للمشكلات التي تم تحديدها.
• أن يكون ملتزماً بعملية التحسين المستمر في القسم.
• توقع البريد العشوائي على مدى عمر المعدات بناءً على معدل التآكل/التآكل
