Job Purpose:
With IT Manager Support Job holder responsible to provide cybersecurity best practices to enhance the maturity of SA cybersecurity.To develop and maintain cybersecurity plans, strategy, and policy to support and align with SA strategic objectives.
Responsibility:
2.1 Apply technical expertise to maximize the cyber security in SA IT and OT systems:
- The job holder is the main accountable person for cyber security issues and concerns withing the organization- Responsible for the disaster recovery and high availability projects and initiatives related to the cyber security.- Ensure risk management process and assessment of external and internal threats are in place to ensure risk mitigation and security practices and controls remain appropriate- Design/integrate a cyber security strategy that outlines the vision, mission, and goals that align with the organization's strategic plan2.2 Develop, implement and maintain cyber security policies, procedures, standards, disaster recovery plans and guidelines:
- Develop policies, programs, and guidelines for implementation.- Review existing and proposed policies with stakeholders.- Collect data on current security measures for risk analysis and write regular status reports.- Prepare monthly/quarterly report for the cybersecurity committee reflecting all the updates of the cybersecurity initiatives.
- Establish and maintain communication channels with stakeholders as per the cybersecurity initiatives.- Promote awareness in SA by developing and planning awareness programs and campaigns for information security and cybersecurity best practice among management and employees to ensure sound principles are reflected in the organization's mission, vision, and goals.- Ensure the Cyber Security Framework is implemented across the organization successfully.- Address security issue identified by internal/external audits and work with the business units to mitigate risk and define compensating controls.- Develop and maintain effective relationships at all levels to communicate the cyber security plan and integrate effective security controls within business processes and projects.- Benchmark, analyze report on, and make recommendations for the improvement of the IT infrastructure and IT systems security.
- Work with the team to develop bid requirements for all hardware and software upgrades related to the cyber security and review submitted bids for compliance with stated requirements when needed, makes the appropriate award and act as an advisor on security related bids and tenders.- Act as focal point for any Security and quality certification Audits such as ISO27001and any other certification.Technical Skills:
- Solid technical knowledge and background of current and emerging cyber tecnologies and practices.- Experience and knowledge in asset security, security engineering, communications and network security, identity and access management, security assessment and testing, security operations, software development security, authentication, authorization, and accountability, cryptography foundations, information security and risk management principles, network foundations, information security governance, security program development and management, incident management, Business continuity Management System , compliance with international standards such as ISO 27001 , NIST , etc.
- Good Knowledge of industrial control systems standards such as AER, IEC-62443, NERC CIP…etc- Experience and knowledge in drafting policies, standards and procedures, processes and best practices- Experience and knowledge in review, conduct, and participate in audits of Infosec/cyber programs and projects- Solid project management skills including presentation and communication- Excellent English language skills are essential.

Bachelor’s degree in information security, Cyber Security, Computer Science, Networking or equivalent degree.Minimum of 8 years of experience in Information Technology including Information Security or Cyber Security.Appropriate security certificates such as: CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, CEH, ISO27001. مع صاحب وظيفة دعم مدير تكنولوجيا المعلومات المسؤول عن توفير أفضل ممارسات الأمن السيبراني لتعزيز نضج الأمن السيبراني SA.لتطوير وصيانة خطط واستراتيجيات وسياسات الأمن السيبراني لدعم ومواءمة الأهداف الإستراتيجية لـ SA.
مسؤولية:
2.1 تطبيق الخبرة الفنية لتحقيق أقصى قدر من الأمن السيبراني في أنظمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات والتكنولوجيا التشغيلية في جنوب أفريقيا:

مهارات تقنية:
- معرفة تقنية قوية وخلفية للتقنيات والممارسات السيبرانية الحالية والناشئة.- الخبرة والمعرفة في مجال أمن الأصول، وهندسة الأمن، والاتصالات وأمن الشبكات، وإدارة الهوية والوصول، وتقييم الأمن واختباره، والعمليات الأمنية، وأمن تطوير البرمجيات، والمصادقة، والترخيص، والمساءلة، وأسس التشفير، وأمن المعلومات ومبادئ إدارة المخاطر. أسس الشبكات، حوكمة أمن المعلومات، تطوير وإدارة برامج الأمن، إدارة الحوادث، نظام إدارة استمرارية الأعمال، الامتثال للمعايير الدولية مثل ISO 27001، NIST، إلخ.

متطلبات:
درجة البكالوريوس في أمن المعلومات، الأمن السيبراني، علوم الكمبيوتر، الشبكات أو ما يعادلها.- خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات بما في ذلك أمن المعلومات أو الأمن السيبراني.شهادات الأمان المناسبة مثل: CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CISM, CEH, ISO27001. المنفذ/المدقق، GIAC، CBCP وأي شهادات أخرى ذات صلة.
