Main tasks and responsibilities
- Manage products offtake and/or commercial agreements discussions for Business Development across Low Carbon Molecules projects in accordance with the OQAE’s strategy.

Job purpose
- Operate SR assigned area under the responsible Shift team Leader scope, acting as team player for the assigned area at Suhar Refinery (SR) by:
- (1) Monitoring, controlling, and maintain the operation of SR assigned unit(s) and equipment in accordance with established procedures and safety guidelines including but not limited to feedstock and slops/ flare facilities, product and components, loading, tank farm, oil movement, crude pipeline), and
- (2) Carry out regular outdoor (field) inspection of the assigned unit / equipment to identify any operational anomalies; in order to support the continue and safe and efficient operations of various processes and equipment within the assigned area.

Job purpose
- Provides engineering support to the team and coordinates, Maintenance mechanical works at across SR1 – RPI assets under TL Maintenance Mechanical SR1, acting as Technical Service provider of maintenance and execution of minor projects, modifications in accordance with the technical standards set by TSD to maintain the assets; through
- (1) Execute Maintenance mechanic (static &rotating) services on planned / un-planned maintenance works utilizing best practice.
- (2) Coordination and supervision of assets, products, and maintenance work in the designated area, and
- (3) implementation plans and execute maintenance works; in order to ensure that the assets and equipment are always available, minimizing the down time and meeting the operational targets that support the gross margin / profitability with a sufficient organizational capability for business continuity while identifying & developing talent people to as feeder for OQ talent pipeline.

5-Sr Technician Instrument
Job purpose
- Execute Instrument Maintenance, regular calibration to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the instrumentation systems at SR1 , under TL Maintenance Instrument scope, acting as focal point of contact for Instrument repairs & parts / equipment, and Technical Service provider of maintenance and execution of minor projects, modifications in accordance with the technical standards to maintain the assets by
- (1) Executing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various Instrument equipment & perform preventive, corrective and annual maintenance of instruments while observing safety rules and contributing in the achievement of KPIs, as per Department Business Plan, in coordination with owner assets,
- (2) Leading the Maintenance Instrument services utilizing best practice.
- (3) Coordination and supervision of assets, products, and maintenance work in the designated area,
- (4) Implement plans and coordinate Instrument maintenance works, and

Job purpose
- Performs routine functions related to planning, developing, advising , monitoring and facilitate the implementation of health safety & environmental compliance, operational safety, process safety management and programs across OQ field concession areas, particularly in permanent or temporary live hydrocarbon process facilities, plants, wellheads and associated projects such as overhaul.
- Implementation of HSE Management System (i.e., ISO 45001/14001), Policies and relevant legal compliance, international standards and good practices.
- Planning to achieve and maintain field and corporate HSE objectives and targets, and the overall Health, Safety and Environmental Management System at OQ upstream; through the gathering and analysis of observations, incidents and accidents, visual site inspections, site HSE KPIs for use at the site, and Corporate levels and assists with the application of engineering and administrative controls to reduce the HSE risk and impacts associated with site operations.

- Execute assigned end-to-end activities and tasks at Financial Planning & Analysis – Business planning OQ Corporate, under Head of Business planning scope, acting as team player for
- (1) Leading Capital Planning & Financial, Opex, and Markets & Margins purposes among the OQ Group for both annual planning cycles and ongoing re-forecasts updates,

Main tasks and responsibilities
- Responsible for developing development, appraisal and exploration strategies, designing work programs, planning budgets, writing formal proposals of various activities, directing technical and operation programs, administering budgets and managing the subsurface team.
- Responsible and owner of all current and future development, appraisal and exploration projects of Block 8.
- Lead the subsurface team consisting of geoscience, reservoir, production and well engineering staff.
- Plan and execute subsurface work program ensuring compliance with governing agreements and budgetary control for MOGC Block-8.
- Knowledge in offshore operations and field developments.
- Plan, execute and maintain well and reservoir management to ensure best well(s) and field(s) performance.

- Work closely with other departments within MOGC and OQ to maximise operational and corporate goals.
- Manage, motivate and develop the subsurface staff, consisting of Omani and expatriate staff.

9-Lead, Petrophysicist
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Provide robust technical engineering expertise, support and create innovative solution related with the execution of Exploration Petrophysics process /discipline and ensure teams apply common engineering principles and concepts to their own teams' responsibilities. May handle a large scope of projects simultaneously, and in addition to performing tasks, provides guidance to junior engineers, trainees, and teams.
- Lead, develop & provide operability, availability and reliability judgements on systems related with Exploration Petrophysics by providing robust technical judgement on modification / innovation proposals in accordance with project requirements (Subsurface), and other relevant standards and while ensuring safety and reliability and provides guidance to junior engineers, trainees, and teams.
- Mentor and coaching Petrophysics staff to improve their skills and develop them into self-sufficient performers
- Responsible of Creation and/or evaluation “QA/QC” of logging programs acquisition (e.g., conventional and non-conventional); and supervising such activities. Ensuring optimal design and suitable technologies are selected for data acquisition.
- Hands on log interpretation and managing of conventional and non-conventional logs (FMI, Segma, VSP, MRI, etc.) including cased hole logging (e.g., cement log, production log)
- Hands on stand alone or in team integration of PP data in subsurface reservoir characterizations for both development and exploration (lead, prospect) type.
- Responsible for Calculation of reservoir volumetric (risked and un-risked) parameters such as saturation, porosity, m and n factors, etc.; both manually and using software. Responsible to integrate all data “core, logs, pressure data” to build petrophysical model.
- Working in multidisciplinary integrated teams to build subsurface static and dynamic models.
- Performing Value of Information analysis and cost analysis on subject related to petro-physical data acquisition or analysis.
- Attend Technical Committee Meetings on behalf of OQ Upstream as and when required to cover for PP elements (both exploration or production)
- Ensure deployment of new technology (including new software) in the PP arena and align such technology to OQ Upstream and its partner and subseries
- Play an active role in PP discussion raising OQ Upstream profile by participating in international geo-science conference and workshop
- Responsible for provision of stand in PP support to the Exploration Studies Manager as and when needed.
- Coordinating logging and core analysis contract.
- Ensure all evaluations and reports are documented in accordance with company’s Data Management Standards. Ensure to Work safely and think proactively about personal safety and safety of others at work

الغرض الوظيفي
- يوفر الدعم الهندسي للفريق وينسق أعمال الصيانة الميكانيكية عبر أصول SR1 - RPI ضمن TL الصيانة الميكانيكية SR1، ويعمل كمزود خدمة فنية لصيانة وتنفيذ المشاريع الصغيرة، والتعديلات وفقًا للمعايير الفنية التي وضعتها TSD للحفاظ على أصول؛ خلال
- (1) تنفيذ خدمات ميكانيكي الصيانة (الثابتة والدائرية) على أعمال الصيانة المخططة / غير المخططة باستخدام أفضل الممارسات.
- (2) التنسيق والإشراف على الأصول والمنتجات وأعمال الصيانة في المنطقة المخصصة

المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية
- مسؤول عن تطوير استراتيجيات التطوير والتقييم والاستكشاف وتصميم برامج العمل وتخطيط الميزانيات وكتابة المقترحات الرسمية للأنشطة المختلفة وتوجيه البرامج الفنية والتشغيلية وإدارة الميزانيات وإدارة الفريق تحت السطح.
