About the job
The opportunity: you will be responsible for managing sales within both the existing and targeted (prospect) customer base operating in the Biopharmaceutical, RX Ethical, Clinical, Contract Manufacturer Organisation (CMO), Clinical Research Organisation (CRO) markets focused on the supply of WestRock proprietary adherence secondary & clinical trial packaging and service solutions.
How you will impact WestRock:
- Implement, develop, grow and maintain sales in the adherence sector and to achieve strategic rates of sales growth in line with and above company budgets
- Identify & target new opportunities both within existing and target customer base in line with the company sales approach
- Work effectively as a team player within the wider sales, technical and support teams in developing and presenting the optimum solution to the customer
- Develop and maintain a professional customer relationship that improves the flow of communication and understanding that are robust, enduring and mutually beneficial and increases loyalty to the business
- Manage projects (including new product developments) from inception to conclusion within the business ensuring the optimum solution and level of customer focus is achieved
What you need to succeed:
- Product and service knowledge within the Pharmaceutical, Medical and Clinical environment
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Programs
