Title Position:
Junior Commercial Controller
Tasks & Responsibility:
Support Commercial Project Manager in all administrative related tasks Such as: (Finance and Accounting, Purchase and Store-administration)
Support in the monthly commercial closing (analyzing bookings for various cost centers)
Support in monthly closing.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly commercial reports, including time sheets and progress reports, invoices, debit notes & materials reports.
Track and manage project expenses, including labor, materials, and equipment costs.
Assist in the preparation of project status reports and presentations for the Site Commercial Manager and other stakeholders.
Qualification & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Studies or any related subjects.
2 years’ experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Well-founded knowledge in Finance and Accounting.
Reliability, Commitment, and self-initiative.
