Purchase Officer
Duties Responsibilities
• Collaborate with user department to determine Requirements.
• Purchase supplies and materials according to specifications.
⚫ Arrange, Coordinate and follow up for both Local & Import material.
• Responsible for arranging sub-contractors for Civil, Mechanical & Electrical for the plant operations.
• Control inventory levels and ensure availability of material during emergencies.
• Maintain relationships and negotiate with suppliers. • Keep detailed records on procurement activity, materials quantity, specifications etc.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Procurement/ Supply chain. Oman experience will be added

• Experience in Import/Export Shipments.
• Experience in Plant Maintenance procurement.
. Familiarity with Supply Chain and Inventory management systems.
Basic knowledge on Procurement of Powder coating & Chemical will be an added advantage.
• Working knowledge of ORION ERP system.
•Proficient in MS EXCEL.
Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical preferred.
