Job Descriptions
- Manages and conducts analysis of market trends and competition
- Identify, pitch to, negotiate with potential partners (e.g. gaming companies, esports federations, brand partners, etc.)
- Collaborate with the Esports Operations and Marketing teams to deliver more value to our esports fans in MENA
- Assist with government conversations and negotiations to grow the overall esports ecosystem in MENA
- Responsible for setting up meetings with brands, agencies etc. Supports the negotiation of highly complex business development deals.
- Execute campaign management strategies and plans; Track KPIs and other related goals.
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Wide-ranging experience in the field of media/broadcast/sponsorship sales or business development in sports/esports.
- Be able to handle complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
- Rich Experience achieving excellent results collaborating with internal and external partners.
- Be self-motivated and have the ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
- Proven ability to develop key relationships with decision makers at target partner
