Job title
Procurement Engineer
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with the Project Managers for completing the Procurement Schedule.
Coordinate with the Procurement Unit Head to complete and update the Procurement Plan and ensures it is regularly updated.
Coordinate with the Project Manager and Purchasing Manager on selecting and prequalifying suppliers and subcontractors.
Coordinate in the negotiation process.
Complete the Purchase Order’s attachment, comparison sheet, and material files for Project management Team.
Prepare Purchase Orders / Sub-contract Agreement in liaison with relevant departments.
Evaluates whether suppliers are capable of consistently delivering products and services in a timely manner and within the required quality standards.
Search for, identifies, and establishes contacts with new suppliers and subcontractors.
Manage the evaluation of suppliers and subcontractors.
Update the suppliers’ and subcontractors’ database.
Discuss the material files with the Procurement Unit Head as required.
Conduct regular visits to sites and coordinates with the sites for procurement issues.
Coordinate with the Estimation Unit in sending RFQ’s, obtaining quotations, preparing comparison sheets, and preparing material files.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor Degree in Engineering field.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in procurement in a construction/contracting firm (Oman and GCC Experience will be an advantage).
Good interpersonal, organizational, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Fluent in English (oral and written).

Job title:
LEAN QM/QC Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
Implement Lean construction principles and techniques to optimize project performance.
Oversee and manage quality control processes to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
Develop and maintain project quality plans and procedures, including inspection and testing plans, to ensure that project quality goals are met.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address potential quality control issues.
Collaborate with project teams to identify and implement process improvements that increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Ensure that all quality-related documentation is accurate, complete, and maintained in accordance with project requirements.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years site experience in construction quality management and quality control.
Minimum of 3 years’ Experience (or 2 projects) working on construction sites, with a strong understanding of site operations and safety requirements.
Knowledge of LEAN construction principles and/or techniques, as well as experience implementing them on construction projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships with project stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address quality control issues quickly and effectively.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Willingness to work at site projects.
Experience with Microsoft Business tools (Power BI, Dynamics etc.) or VBA, as an advantage
Fluent in English.(Other languages is an advantage)
