Director Investment
Responsibilities
Develop creative and interesting Investment products to attract investors and developers into the destination
Develop and constantly update the relevant investor presentations and other documentation necessary for the promotion of the company/destination.
Assist the Management by developing budgets and forecasts linked to strategic business plans
Build and maintain relationships with banks and other fund providers and when required raise financing in the most beneficial way to the company.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/ Accounting with minimum 10 years of relevant experience
At least 3 years in a senior managerial role in finance
Previous Experience in the following areas is a plus:
Real estate products budgeting + pricing
Familiarity with Oman and GCC real estate and tourism markets.
Familiarity with Oman and GCC financial markets particularly investment and financing
Raising + structuring + closing investments, funding and/or sub-developments for real estate, tourism or commercial investment in the region.
Familiarity with investor relations and real estate collection
