Marketing Manager

 PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:


Implements marketing strategies to establish our brands in the market by introducing new brands, products and promotions through careful research and data gathering.



KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS:



Participates in setting and developing annual marketing plans to meet the annual objectives.

Develops Marketing Programs to produce Sales & Profit Goals

Implements national marketing plans and monitors its results & reports it to Marketing manager.

Participates in market segmentation, market positioning

Supervises the implementation of marketing programs which may affect brands image, maximize the profitability and sales figures in low seasons and analyzes its impact on the business.

Reviews the implementation of promotion & local store marketing programs and reports the feed back to Marketing Manager.

Reports and present marketing activities on monthly basis { Achievements VS Objectives } and to cover competitors activities showing its direct impact on our Restaurants business

Ensures & monitors the availability of all marketing materials needed to run all marketing programs , makes sure of its accuracy , reports to Marketing Manager with new needs and ratios of consumption

Maintains open communications with all Operations team, to follow up the proper implementation of marketing plans.

Follows up the new trends in the markets which may affect the Advertising and promotions plans

Manages the marketing program calendar and sees to it that the projects are done timely based on the projections.

Ensures that programs designed and implemented matches the annual budget set for the programs and manages overhead costs attributed to the project implementation.

Partners with existing advertising agencies in the implementation of marketing strategies and programs

Sources new advertising firms to be utilized for future projects.



QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:


Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, Communications, Market Research or equivalent

Knowledge in Market Planning and Research, Brand Management and Advertising

Computer proficiency in MS Office applications

Effective communications, negotiation and networking skills
