Job Description
Excellent performance record in corporate interior design and Interior Fit out Jobs.
Person should have experience in large scale projects preferably above 10000Sqm area.
Person should have well versed with space planning and 3D designing
He must be capable in understanding the views of the client in terms of traditional and contemporary designs.
Knowledge in MEP, Networking and BMS is preferred.
He should capable in preparation of tenders and contracts.
Work experience in ID consultancy/architect firm.
Deep knowledge in interior related material and selection products.
He should be having analytical skills.
Knowledge in office furniture brands and technical detailing.
Should have knowledge in green building concept and leed-certification requirements
