About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Medical Representative to join our sales team in Oman!
Roles and Responsibilities
- One-on-one daily meetings with customers (physicians, pharmacists, nurses, hospitals, etc.) as per the agreed-upon coverage list and approved visits’ plan ensuring proper coverage of customers.
- Generation of prescriptions driving sales within the assigned area.
- Maintain an accurate and updated database for the assigned area.
- Introduce the company’s products to customers.
- Monitor the supply of products to customers as per their purchase requests.
- Analyze business potential in the assigned area and report to the superior.
- Contribute ideas and feedback to managers and the marketing team that help develop the business plan.
- Promote the company’s image and products through professional presentations.
Required Educational Level and Certificates
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or Veterinary Medicine.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- عقد اجتماعات يومية فردية مع العملاء (الأطباء، الصيادلة، الممرضات، المستشفيات، إلخ) وفقًا لقائمة التغطية المتفق عليها وخطة الزيارات المعتمدة لضمان تغطية مناسبة للعملاء.
- توليد الوصفات الطبية لزيادة المبيعات في المنطقة المخصصة.
- الحفاظ على قاعدة بيانات دقيقة ومحدثة للمنطقة المخصصة.
- تقديم منتجات الشركة للعملاء.
- مراقبة إمدادات المنتجات للعملاء وفقًا لطلبات الشراء الخاصة بهم.
- تحليل الإمكانيات التجارية في منطقته المخصصة والإبلاغ إلى المدير المباشر.
- تقديم أفكار وملاحظات للمديرين وفريق التسويق تساعد في تطوير خطة العمل.
- تعزيز صورة الشركة ومنتجاتها من خلال العروض التقديمية المهنية.
المستوى التعليمي والشهادات المطلوبة
- درجة البكالوريوس في العلوم الصيدلانية أو الطب البيطري.
- مهارات اتصال وعرض ممتازة.
