GSE MAINTENANCE AND LOGESTIC MANAGER

Main responsibilities

• ·Define GSE maintenance strategy: in or Outsourcing definition, partner selection and negotiation for outsourcing and subcontracting, application of maintenance policies on Country level.
• ·Drive innovative solutions through creativity and ensure a collaborative approach with other Swissport business units to enhance the use of all required mandated Technology solutions and administer the GSE Management Tool MAXIMO.
• ·Participate and contribute in the budgetary process which includes target setting, plan development and Taleo performance review of the section.

• ·Monitor section performance against agreed KPIs and maintenance indicators, such as GSE utilization, maintenance cost, PM Compliance, serviceability index to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• ·Lead all procurement activities pertaining to GSE and cabin cleaning materials as well as be responsible for the management of suppliers including uniforms based on operational requirement and maintain inventory stock of the uniforms for both white and blue color.
• ·Participate in the decision-making process and contribute to the global categories work (Lead from Swissport HQ in ZRH) from the Country perspective, by making sure that all the relevant station requirements are collated and considered for global decisions as well as driving the implementation of such decisions in the station.
